Changing Lives. Inspiring Action.

One In a Million Project

One in a Million Project was founded in 2005 and is based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Its co-founders Wayne Jacobs and Matt Band wanted to give back to the disadvantaged children in the local community; and using their experience and extensive skills they were able to do so. Wayne Jacobs was a professional footballer with his career spanning over 26 years and Matt Band is a successful businessman who runs a Free School for the charity. One in a Million has a huge team of volunteers and qualified professionals who have made an impact on 750 children in the Bradford area.

TVF partnered with One in a Million to help raise much needed funds to purchase sports equipment and cover venue hire costs for the beneficiaries. One in a Million runs sports, arts and enterprise programmes to increase children’s life experiences and improve team-working skills.
